Pay your Electricity Bills with KBZPay, KBZ Mobile Banking and iBanking

Electricity Bills for Yangon can now be paid with KBZPay, KBZ Mobile Banking and iBanking. January electricity bills should be paid by May 23rd at the latest.

Please make sure to pay one time only as YESC will not be refunding any accidental double payments.

Customers from Yangon, Mandalay and Nay Pyi Taw can now make branch appointment bookings through KBZPay

KBZ Customers in Yangon, Mandalay and Nay Pyi Taw no longer need to queue at branches to get bank services. KBZPay customers who are Lv 1.5 and 2 can now book for branch appointments through the KBZPay app. Customers are able to check for the services they need through the app and book appointments depending on the available date and time. 

Once the appointment is confirmed, please take a screenshot and bring it with you when you visit the branch on the appointment date and time.

Announcement – KBZPay is now available to use on Telenor, MPT, Ooredoo and Mytel mobile data

Customers are able to use KBZPay with Telenor, MPT, Ooredoo and Mytel mobile data networks. Transfer money to each other instantly with free of charge, top up and cash out with KBZPay. It is advised to turn off Wi-Fi and VPN and use only mobile data while logging in.

KBZPay Loan Payment Holiday for 3 months

KBZPay customers who have an existing KBZPay Shopper Loan or KBZPay Personal Loan will have a payment holiday for the next three months of repayment; for example, if a customer has paid back for the loan in March, the customer will get loan payment holiday for the months of April, May and June. There will be no penalty or late fees for the three month loan holiday. We will notify you near the end of the holiday when you will need to resume payments.
