“Pay with KBZPay at KFC Stores and Get Cash Back” Campaign Terms and Conditions 

  1. Pay with KBZPay at KFC Stores and Get Cash Back” Campaign is from 24th March to 6th April 2023.
  2. KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers will be able to participate. KBZPay Level 1 Customers need to upgrade to Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay Level 1.5 (or) Level 2 Customer successfully to participate in this Campaign.
  3. During the Campaign period, Customers will be able to get cash back by paying with KBZPay at KFC Stores via KBZPay Blue Application.
  4. During the Campaign period, 5,000Ks and above payment can be cash back one time per day and cash back details will be as below.
  • 300Ks cash back for between 5,000Ks and 10,000Ks payment
  • 500Ks cash back for 10,001 Ks and above payment
  1. To participate in this Campaign, customers need to purchase at least 5,000 kyats and    above per day and pay by scanning the KBZPay Merchant QR (or) Customer present QR (micropay) Code at KFC Stores. Cashbacks are not available for purchases under 5,000 Kyats and paying with another payment method other than paying with QR Code of KFC.
  2. One KBZPay account can get one cash back per day. 
  3. Cashback will be credited directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Participants in this Campaign. 
  4. If there any issues arise between Customers and KFC such as cancellation or refunds will be dealt with by KFC and Customer.
  5. Customers are advised to upgrade their KBZPay to the latest version to participate in this Campaign. 
  6. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles and invitation links from social media. 
  7. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 
  8. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  9. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  11. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  12. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  13. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions for KFC apply.
  14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  15. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  16. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.

KBZPay Fraud Awareness Campaign Terms and Conditions 

  1. KBZPay Fraud Awareness Campaign period is from 18th Apr to 24th Apr 2023. 
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 5.0 and above.
  3. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to win Data Coupons or Buy Goods Coupons by answering all the fraud-related questions correctly.
  4. Customers can participate in this Campaign via the Campaign page or via in-app home page banner (for 5.0 and above version users). 
  5. Customers can only get coupons if they could answer all the questions correctly and they are given unlimited attempts until they get all the answers right. Discount coupons are as below
  • 100 Ks Data Coupon
  • 200 Ks Data Coupon
  • 100 Ks Buy Goods Coupon
  • 200 Ks Buy Goods Coupon
  1. Customers will get the coupon for one time only once they get all the answers right. For every usage of +1 MMK exceeding the Coupon amount, Customers will be able to use the Coupons. Customers will be able to check their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile” and can enjoy the Coupons within (7) days if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of Campaign.
  2. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupon within (7) days as stated in Clause 6, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of Campaign.
  3. During this Campaign period, KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  4. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

KBZPay Travel Month Terms and Conditions

  1. KBZPay Travel Month Campaign takes place from 17th March to 12th April 2023.
  2. In order to participate in this Campaign, KBZPay Customers need to be Level 1.5 or 2 and if Level 1 Customers want to participate in the Campaign, they will need to upgrade their KBZPay Level to  KBZPay Level 1.5 or 2 successfully. Moreover, KBZPay application version has to be 3.0.3 and above.

The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZPay Level 1.5 and Level 2 Customers to receive prizess by spinning the wheel purchase for 10,000 MMK and above at Merchants : Flymya, Oway, MMBus Ticket, Shwe Booking and Ngu Wah under “Travel” of KBZPay or from those Merchant’s own applications and can get a chance to play the spin wheel when they complete the transaction pay with KBZPay every Friday and win also additional specific promotions from Merchants such as Flymya, Oway and Shwe Booking.

  1. Cashback from Spin Wheel will be credited instantly and directly to KBZPay wallets of eligible Customers in this Campaign. The cashback credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.Travel Coupons from Spin wheel can be claimed in the next purchase of flight tickets or hotel bookings or bus tickets from Flymya, Oway, MMBus, Ngu War and Shwe Booking and Customers will be able to check  their Coupons in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. Customers can use only use one coupon for one purchase of Travel. In order to use travel discount coupons, the purchase amount has to be as below.
    • At least 20,000 Ks for 1,000 Ks Travel Coupon
    • At least 50,000 Ks for 2,000 Ks Travel Coupon 
  2. Customers need to use the discount coupons within 15 days of receiving the coupons. Coupons will expire after 15 days and they may not be able to use after 15  days.
  3. During this Campaign, coupon holders and the Winner of iPhone 14 Pro is not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash.
  4. Winner of iPhone 14 Pro  will be reached by KBZPay via SMS and they can claim their prize by sending the email to query@kbzpay.com together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC,  phone number and address. Once checked and confirmed, Customers will be shared the address where they can go and claim the prize.
  5. iPhone 14 Pro present winner is required to redeem his/her prizes at KBZ’s designated place within (7) days. iPhone 14 Pro  present winner will not be available to claim these prizes after the deadline. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the prizes received by the Winner.
  6. After successfully purchasing flight tickets or hotel bookings or bus tickets, Customers have the right to spin the Spin Wheel at any time during the Campaign period.
  7. One KBZPay Account will only be able to participate in the campaign for 10 days during the Campaign period. 
  8. During this Campaign period, KBZPay  Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons as stated in Clause (5) if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
  9. Special Promotions from Flymya, Oway and Ngu War are below.

Flymya Promotion

  • During Campaign period from 17th March to 12th April 2023, Flymya will randomly choose the 4 winners of 1,000,000 Ks.
  • Customers of Flymya who purchases with KBZPay can purchase from Flymya under “Travel” of KBZPay or Flymya application or Flymya Website. 
  • Whoever having one transaction ID of Flymya during the Campaign is eligible as one participant of the Campaign.
  • One winner will be selected once a week and Flymya will announce the winner via Live Stream of Flymya official Facebook Page on 22nd March, 29th March, 5th April and 12th April at 4PM.
  • Flymya will contact to the winner right away after the announcement and ask for full name, birthday, Photo of the winners.  The customer agrees and acknowledges that KBZ Bank may use the customer’s name and phone number (not full digit) in order to announce the winners of the prize through social media and websites.
  • If the Customer has missed to provide above information, the prize will be withdrawn by Flymya.
  • Flymya will transferred to KBZPay Account of winners in 24 hours after the live stream announcement.
  • This Campaign is only for B2C transactions and B2B transactions are not allowed.
  • If any issues arise between Customers and Flymya, it will be dealt with by Flymya and Customers.

Oway Promotion

  • During Campaign period from 17th March to 12th April 2023, only 200 Customers can get 3,000 Ks discount coupons from buying tickets from Oway by typing in the discount code : owaytravelmonth manually for the purchase amount of 100,000 Ks and above .
  • Coupons codes will be available for all tickets except Visa & Insurance and the booking period is from 17th March to 12th April 2023. Although the travel period is 17th March to 31st May 2023 and the other booking tickets after this booking period may not be able to claim the coupons.
  • Customers after limited amount (200 Customers) may not be able to get the discount coupon anymore. 
  • Customers of Oway who purchases with KBZPay can purchase from Oway under “Travel” of KBZPay or Oway application or oway.com.mm Website. 
  • One KBZPay Customer can get one chance only to get the Oway Promotion.
  • KBZ will not be held responsible for any errors in discount coupons.
  • Winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize ‌as cash. If any issues arise between Customers and Oway, it will be dealt with by Oway and Customers.

Ngu War Promotion

  • During Campaign period from 17th March to 12th April 2023, Customers can get 1,000 Ks discount coupons per ticket from Ngu War and coupon codes are automatically generated in promo code.
  • For one purchase with Ngu War in KBZPay, Customers can get discount according to the amount of tickets they purchased. (Eg- Customers get 3,000 Ks discount for buying three tickets at one time purchase) 
  • KBZ will not be held responsible for any errors in discount coupons.
  • Winners are not allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize. If any issues arise between Customers and Ngu War, it will be dealt with by Ngu War and Customers.
  1. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, and KBZPay Official Account articles. .
  1. If there any issues arise between the Customer and the Merchant such as changing the date and time of goods and services purchased by the Customer, cancellation and/or refunds will be dealt with by the Merchant and Customer, and the Merchant’s decision is final.
